The following is the 2026 Vyasa Puja offering of His Grace Makhancora Dasa.

namo oṁ viṣṇu-pādāya kṛṣṇa-preṣṭhāya bhū-tale
śrīmate bhaktivedānta-svāminn iti nāmine
I offer my respectful obeisances unto His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda, who is very dear to Lord Kṛṣṇa on this earth, having taken shelter at His lotus feet.
---
namas te sārasvate deve gaura-vāṇī-pracāriṇe
nirviśeṣa-śūnyavādi-pāścātya-deśa-tāriṇe
Our respectful obeisances are unto you, O spiritual master, servant of Sarasvatī Gosvāmī. You are kindly preaching the message of Lord Caitanyadeva and delivering the Western countries, which are filled with impersonalism and voidism.
---
Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī, after consulting various scriptures, has enumerated the transcendental qualities of the Lord in his Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu and stated that a living entity can possess almost all of them, provided he is on the platform of pure devotion. On this most auspicious day of your divine appearance, let us meditate on these qualities, which all adorn you, dear Śrīla Prabhupāda, as you are a pure devotee and the Lord's eternal companion.
---
Anyone who sees you, whether for the first time or the hundredth, is always compelled to look again. Your transcendental face and oceanic smile are like the moon that calms down the blazing heat of material existence.
---
Your simple glance is full of auspiciousness and your presence is everyone's saving grace.
---
Your transcendental features automatically attract our eyes and minds. Your demeanor is that of a transcendental autocrat — kingly, commanding, yet born entirely of surrender to Kṛṣṇa — and thus everyone is pleased to see and hear you.
---
Behold the effulgence of Śrīla Prabhupāda!
---
In your pastime of old age you showed your strength by coming to the West alone, into the New York winter without any shelter other than the lotus feet of the Lord. Later you travelled the world eleven times, transcendental to jet lag, pacing through misty mornings on your walks, your young disciples catching up fatigued and gasping for air.
---
As a wonderful linguist you have unlocked the eternal wisdom of the Vedas that was sealed off in the Sanskrit language.
---
Your word of honor is never broken. Even the sunshine may one day become cool and the moonshine one day become hot, but still your promise will not fail, because Kṛṣṇa makes sure that the words of His pure devotee hold truth. You promise to take us back home, back to Kṛṣṇa, if we agree to follow you — and we believe you.
---
Sometimes enemies come to argue with you, and you pacify them either with kind words or with thunder-like rebuttals. Both are pleasing to everyone.
---
You always speak meaningful words with a strong but kind attitude, thus pouring nectar into our ears. Hearing such sweet and forceful words from you, who will not be attracted to you?
---
You are highly learned, a knower of the Absolute Truth, always acting strictly on the principles of pure devotional service, and proficient in different departments of even material knowledge — because Kṛṣṇa gives you the knowledge of anything you may require to know.
---
Your memory is sharp and your discretion is fine. We see how you guided and managed a worldwide movement simply through letters — thousands of them, dozens a day — showing your knowledge of each and every detail. Truly superhuman. You picked the essential aspects of Lord Caitanya's transcendental movement and planted the seed of devotional service in the hearts of people of today according to time, place and circumstance — a most accurate and effective judgment.
---
You refuted anyone who opposed you and the teachings you brought, with ever-fresh arguments from all angles of vision. Śrīla Prabhupāda, the undefeated genius, our victorious master!
---
Your quality of vidagdha, artistry, manifests in your effortless charisma in each and every photograph taken of you. They all seem like a model-agency setup, such is your transcendental presence. Everyone becomes purified simply by looking at your beautiful form.
---
You cleverly perform various types of work simultaneously — giving us the knowledge of Kṛṣṇa while simultaneously arranging for its spreading, while simultaneously providing your mission with income, while simultaneously engaging all the devotees in devotional service.
---
You swiftly executed the most difficult task — in eleven short years you ushered in a spiritual revolution, making hedonistic Westerners give up their mischief and chant Hare Kṛṣṇa in the spirit of service and renunciation. Who is more expert than you? No one.
---
You are always conscious of your disciples' sincere, benevolent activities and you never forget their loving devotional service. That is your divine appreciation of us, and your blessing upon us.
---
With great determination you fulfilled the order of your spiritual master, His Divine Grace Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura Prabhupāda. Nothing could stop you, and nothing will stop your sincere followers from spreading the movement of Lord Caitanya.
---
You are śāstra-cakṣus — your vision is guided by the prism of the scriptures — and you kindly teach us how to refine our perception by the same process. By your mercy we can see the world clearly as it is, and Kṛṣṇa as He is.
---
You are supremely pure, delivering all the sinful persons who have at least a tiny spark of desire to abandon their ways and become pure themselves. You never do anything impure and mercifully teach us how to behave purely and how to invoke the sun of Kṛṣṇa consciousness in our hearts to dissipate the darkness of ignorance.
---
Your senses are fully controlled, engaged in the service of Hṛṣīkeśa, and you teach us how to control our senses so we may become His servants as well.
---
You worked tirelessly until your desired goal was achieved. May we be steadfast like this, by your kind mercy, so we can achieve our goals as well — to preach your mission without interruption and to become pure devotees ourselves.
---
You came to deliver us, tolerating all kinds of troubles, even those that would appear unbearable to anyone else. In your pastimes you took all the troubles to render service to your spiritual master and gave us an example to follow — to be forbearing and tolerate all odds and difficulties, with your satisfaction in mind.
---
Sometimes your disciple may go rogue or crazy for some time. Whatever happens, you are always ready to excuse a fallen soul and accept them under the shelter of your lotus feet. That is your quality of forgiveness.
---
Your mind and your plans were always a source of surprise to the devotees, who recollect ever-fresh experiences under your guidance and your unpredictability. We also have that experience when we see how the preaching evolves under your guidance and how there is always a new adventure in your service. One never knows what comes next. We surrender unto your lotus feet.
---
You are fully satisfied in yourself as Kṛṣṇa's most intimate servant, you hanker for nothing in this world, and no apparent distress can agitate your fathomless mind.
---
Worldly attachment and envy do not affect you. You are attached to Kṛṣṇa and thus possess full equilibrium.
---
Your charitable disposition is supreme. You give everyone the highest charity and welfare in the form of the holy name of Kṛṣṇa. Like a desire tree from Goloka, you magnanimously fulfill everyone's true desire, which is, ultimately, to reunite with the Lord in loving service.
---
You purely practice the tenets of true dharma as they are enjoined in the śāstras and teach us how to follow the same principles. Thus you are truly religious.
---
You heroically unleashed the mercy weapon of Lord Caitanya on the whole world, killing the demonic propensities of people in general. This is a great war on māyā, and you are our heroic commander-in-chief.
---
Your compassion knows no bounds, and the distress of others is your only distress. Thus you came to liberate us, out of your causeless mercy. We pray to you for Kṛṣṇa's compassion. If you have mercy on us, Kṛṣṇa will certainly be merciful as well.
---
You always show respect to others and do not demand any respect for yourself. Thus you chant the holy names constantly and are completely happy and pure in heart in all your dealings.
---
Impudence, arrogance and false pride are absent in you. Always humble and kind, you are a true gentleman.
---
You are so liberal and mild that the only thing you consider is the service to the Lord performed with love under your guidance. You ignore the mistakes and offenses of your disciples and simply highlight their sincere effort.
---
Despite your wonderful achievements you are always humble, and even become shy when praised, giving all the praise and credit to your spiritual master.
---
You always protect your surrendered devotees. Nothing can harm them because their glorious father watches over them.
---
You are always joyful and untouched by any distress. Your transcendental happiness is the inspiration to all of us.
---
"Your ever well-wisher," you would say in your letters, letting us know of your partiality and favoritism toward your surrendered devotees.
---
No one can serve you completely and we cannot ever repay our debt to you. However, you become bound by your disciple's love. It is not the particular service that the devotee renders to you, but one's attitude and loving spirit which attracts you.
---
Always engaged in spreading the movement of Lord Caitanya, you are the all-auspicious personality in this world.
---
You powerfully drive the enemies of devotional service into their caves and holes. Atheists, Māyāvādīs and all kinds of misleaders flee from you like owls taking shelter from the sun's rays.
---
Your spotless character is your fame, and we want to spread and diffuse it around the world like the moonshine which turns darkness into light.
---
You are very dear to people in general, and only a lowlife rascal can oppose and blaspheme you. No one sane can feel any antagonism against you.
---
Your transcendental qualifications make you attractive to everyone. Simply by chanting your name, one can feel transcendental bliss. What to speak of those who have surrendered their lives unto your lotus feet? Just like little iron shavings drawn to a powerful magnet, your disciples follow you.
---
You are all-worshipable by all kinds of people and demigods. Wherever you appeared, you became the cynosure of attraction, because you purely represent the Lord. Even a complete stranger would bow down to you in the airport upon beholding your transcendental form amidst your disciples. It is on video — I saw it!
---
You are powerful, wealthy, famous, beautiful, wise and renounced — representing Kṛṣṇa's full opulence, you bring us to the shelter of His lotus feet.
---
There are many Prabhus, but only one Prabhupāda. All honor to you, Śrīla Prabhupāda!
---
You are completely independent and your order cannot be neglected. Those disciples who neglect your orders will not prosper. Your order is Kṛṣṇa's order, and Kṛṣṇa is the Supreme Controller.
---
Let us meditate on your divine qualities on this most auspicious day, Śrīla Prabhupāda, so we can always remember you and serve you without condition, without material ambition, with love and with devotion — always aspiring to become dear to Kṛṣṇa, just like you are.
---
As always, offering a little lamplight unto the sun, I simply tried to glorify you nicely based on your own writings about the Lord and His devotees. Kindly accept this humble offering from your insignificant servant.
---
Hare Kṛṣṇa. All glories to you, Śrīla Prabhupāda!
