VYASA PUJA 2025: Hamsini Devi Dasi

The 17th of August 2025 marked the auspicious appearance day of our divine spiritual master, Srila Prabhupada. Here at the B.L.I.S.S temple, devotees wrote heartfelt offerings to him. Here is the offering by Her Grace Hamsini Devi Dasi.

Dear Srila Prabhupada,

There is no one in the three worlds at all like you,

Who is taking me to the boy who is blue.

Before we met I was in despair

And now I am under your loving care.

Your words make me realise everyday

That the path of bhakti is the only way.

Everybody here is searching for joy

And you are returning us to that joyful boy.

An absence of love is something we fear,

If only we knew that Krishna is here.

Srila Prabhupada I don’t think I deserve this

But I am fortunate enough to be in your service.

Serving your devotees and distributing your books.

Sometimes it gets me funny looks.

But I don’t care, I’m on cloud nine.

Because I am yours and you are mine.
